This is my most treasured book in my collection. Matilda has always been my favorite book but that is a very easy book to get your hands on. This book, Sometime Never by Roald Dahl, is very hard to get a hold of. I was able to get a copy and read it instantly.
This is a story about some gremlins who live underground and we see the world through their eyes. The are basically living underground waiting for the humans to destroy themselves and then they will rise to the surface and take over the Earth. It is a very interesting story and one I couldn’t out down.
This is a first edition but from my research that is about all that exists are first editions as there was not very many copies of this book that exist. Roald Dahl wrote a short story about the gremlins during a world war which was great and this book seems to be a kind of continuation of that book in some ways.
If you ever get a chance to read this book do not pass it up. It is an incredible read and also very relevant to our current situation in life and can really make you think.
